Yesterday marked the end of my second month as being a member of the tBLOG community. Although I doubt anyone other than myself noticed, I did something very out of character to mark that moment; I did not make a post. It truly took more effort on my part to do what I did than to make the post, because there are a few "reserve" postings available for an on the spur moment of "if and when the need moves me" to post them. In fact, there was a rather verbose post drafted up for the very occasion of ending my second month with no missed posts. Cut and paste isn't very hard, but breaking my pattern was. Now that my attendance record has been broken, by force of will, it is my hope that this self-made obligation is out of my head once and for all. Having a BLOG urge has become as bad a habit to me as if there was a need for me to light up a cigarette, take a drink or suck down caffeine.

Hope you're mending quickly. In regard to becoming a blogging junkie, the Surgeon General hasn't grouped Tblog with cigs, alcohol, or caffeine. But it does have tendencies similar to heroin. LOL

I feel for ya Bro! Blogging is addictive and I feel bad if I don't make my rounds .... but somedays ya just have other stuff to do .. like live your life .... I'm sure that a couple times a week will do ... Love ya!

Yes, blogging is a habit, but not a bad one, and you have the best blogs! I love them. And I can't believe that you've only blogged for two months, it seems like an eternity. Keep it going!

Ah lol I have those same blog urges. I find it so funny that we are all addicted to this like soda or cigarettes.

Never smoked a cig in my life, I enjoy a chilled glass of white wine, prefferably Reisling or Zinfedel, and good dark Rum and coke on the occasion that my thirst can not be quenched other wise. Tblog has become a daily routine until recently for both of us. I miss doing my blogs when I just cant find the time to sit and create. Mark, don't stop blogging because I have pestered you once in a while. This is a great thing you do, and it is a way for you to express yourself and share you great past with not just other tbloggers but with family, my family for one! There has not been many blogs I have not read in entirety, just that one really...and I was honest in saying so. Keep posting my love, just NOT at 3 a.m. in the morning when you should be by my side.
